Update: Fightful Select has confirmed Chelsea Green suffered a broken wrist.

Green posted the following on Instagram shortly after the update.

Chelsea Green made her SmackDown debut Friday, but not as originally planned.

She was surprise participant in a Fatal 4-Way Match to see who will be added to Team SmackDown  Survivor Series. The match saw Liv Morgan vs. Natalya vs. Tamina vs. Chelsea Green.

According to Fightful Select (subscription required), Chelsea Green was originally scheduled to win the match, but was taken out early. A decision was made on the fly to have Liv Morgan win the match. The situation was described as “hectic”.

While no specific mention of injury was reported, Fightful did state they hope Chelsea “heals up soon.”

Chelsea Green was called up to the WWE main roster this past May, but was shelved for several months, before making her official main roster debut Friday night.
