After months of being on a shelf, a NXT call-up from earlier this year is finally set to make her main roster debut.
According to Fightful Select (subscription required), Chelsea Green is expected make her main roster debut “”imminently”. As of Friday afternoon, Green was scheduled to be on the SmackDown brand. It’s unknown if she will debut during this week’s episode.
Chelsea Green was called up this past May, but was put on the shelf after Paul Heyman was released from his RAW Executive Director duties.
Green is one of three “phantom call ups” from NXT, the others are Vanessa Borne and Santana Garrett. Borne was called up as far back as January or February, while Garrett was called up over the summer.
Chelsea Green’s last match was this past May during NXT television.
