Next WWE Draft To Take Place Following SummerSlam
A new report has surfaced potentially revealing the dates for WWE’s next roster draft.
According to Andrew Zarian from the Mat Men Wrestling podcast, the draft will take place on the August 30th edition of Monday Night Raw and the June 3rd edition of Friday Night SmackDown, one week after the company’s SummerSlam pay per view in Las Vegas.

The WWE Draft has always been a great way for the company to shake up its programming, and shift stars from one brand to the other for new exciting matchups and feuds. This, like the Raw after WrestleMania, is also a moment when WWE will call up rising talent from their NXT brand, although that has occurred less since the yellow-and-black brand’s move to the USA Network.
The last draft to occur was in October of 2020 while the company, and the rest of the world, was in the midst of the COVID-19 outbreak.
