Logan Paul is reportedly going to part of Wrestlemania 37.
Paul is set to make his first WWE appearance this Friday on SmackDown for the red carpet premiere of the trailer for Sami Zayn’s documentary. Ringside News is now reporting that Paul will be involved in this year’s WrestleMania.
It wasn’t noted how involved Paul will be with WrestleMania, however a match between Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn is scheduled for the event, and the report added that this was built around the celebrity participation of Logan Paul.
Dave Meltzer confirmed the report during Sunday’s Wrestling Observer Radio, revealing Paul will be involved in the match. He isn’t sure if it’s in a referee role, or some other fashion.
Logan Paul is going to be involved in the match. I don’t know if he’s going to referee or what, but he’s definitely involved. The idea is Bad Bunny on Saturday and Logan Paul on Sunday as the big celebrities.
Paul and Sami Zayn have been going back and forth on Twitter for the past few weeks, building up to his involvement with WWE.
The social media star rose to fame on the short-form video platform Vine. Since its discontinuation, Paul has amassed a YouTube following of almost 23 million, competed against fellow YouTuber KSI in a boxing fight, and has appeared in several movies and television shows.
Logan Paul won’t be the only celebrity appearing at WrestleMania, as Bad Bunny is set for a match against The Miz after appearing alongside NXT call-up Damian Priest over recent weeks.
Wrestlemania 37 will be held on Saturday, April 10 and Sunday April 11 from Raymond James Stadium in Tampa, FL. The event will broadcast live on pay-per-view, Peacock, and WWE Network (International)
