WWE has added another move to their unauthorized list.

According to PWInsider, multiple sources within WWE have confirmed the company has banned the usage of powerbombs into the turnbuckles aka “buckle bombs” for use during in-ring action.

World Wrestling Entertainment has opted to remove powerbombs into the turnbuckles aka bucklebombs from the list of authorized moves used by talents during in-ring performances

The move, which has been a signature for Seth Rollins over the last several years will no longer be able to be used.

This move ultimately led to the retirement of WWE Hall of Famer Sting following his match against Rollins at Night Of Champions in 2015.

Following the match, Sting spoke with WWE.com about his symptoms.

Bottom line, I had tingling, numbness down both arms, all the way to my fingertips. And then, later in the match, I just fell wrong, whatever it was, and this time [the tingling and numbness] went down both arms and into my legs, and I couldn’t feel my legs too well.

The move was used more recently during an episode of Monday Night RAW, where Kairi Sane took a scary bump at the hands of Nia Jax.

This was frightening. #WWERAW pic.twitter.com/DFI0P7bXZJ

It should be noted that certain banned moves do return later, including the shooting star press, and Seth Rollins’ curb stomp.

WWE still does have a list of unauthorized moves including the piledriver, chair shots to the head, and the vertebreaker.
