WWE are repeatedly looking at several ideas for next April’s WrestleMania 38 weekend.

Next year’s WrestleMania will be held at the AT&T Stadium in Dallas, Texas for the first time since WrestleMania 32 in 2016. While an official date for the show hasn’t yet been confirmed, it’ll be taking place sometime in April.

For the past two years, WWE have held WrestleMania over two nights, and this could be set to continue next year according to a report from Wrestling Observer Newsletter.

As noted by the Wrestling Observer, WWE have various ideas in mind for next year’s WrestleMania. While they are considering to hold WrestleMania over two nights again, it was noted that this isn’t yet a ‘done deal’.

Another idea suggested was to have WrestleMania on Sunday, then Raw on Monday also inside the AT&T Stadium with a 40,000 seat set-up. It was noted that they brought up the costs of running WrestleMania over two nights, compared to the traditional one-night event.

The go-home episode of SmackDown won’t be able to take place at the American Airlines Center in Dallas right now, as the location has been taken by the Dallas Mavericks.

WWE usually pre-tape the final edition of SmackDown to allow the Superstars to travel to the Mania location, however now they’re on FOX it may not happen this year.

It was further noted that the company are contemplating holding both Raw and SmackDown at the Gerald Ford Stadium, which holds 32,000 people. This is because they expect many tourists to be in town for the weekend.
