The future of the WWE ThunderDome has been revealed.

In August, WWE moved production from its Performance Center to Amway Center in Orlando, constructing the WWE ThunderDome, an interactive fan experience. The residency was set to expire on 10/31, forcing WWE to produce events from another location.

According to PWInsider, WWE has extended the length of their residency for at least another four weeks, and will continue to produce events from Orlando’s Awmay Center using the ThunderDome concept.

The company’s deal with Amway Center allows them to use the facility for television production on Monday’s, Friday’s, and select Sunday’s for pay-per-view events.

Prior to extending their agreement, WWE pushed the date for Hell In A Cell from 11/1 to 10/25 to allow them to produce one final pay-per-view from the venue.

WWE was reportedly talks with venues in Southern states once their agreement ended. It’s unknown what WWE plans to do once their extension is over.
