While the majority of national wrestling organizations have continued to produce television shows, Ring Of Honor has canceled all events amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

According to Dave Meltzer in the latest edition of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Ring Of Honor is planning to begin running shows without fans.

They are in the stage of planning for a return and doing shows for television without fans. Right now they have been doing weekly one hour profiles using their library for the television show but the feeling is they have to start planning weekly content.

It’s unknown when they will begin producing these events, and right now they are working on logistics to ensure all protocols are met.

If the company plans on producing events from their home base in Maryland, they may be met with stricter protocols due to the guidelines from athletic commission in the state.

The company has canceled all live events, television tapings, including their Best In The World pay-per-view, originally scheduled for June 19 in Baltimore, MD.

Despite not running any events, the company continued to pay talent and staff for all scheduled events, including those who were not contracted, but were scheduled to make appearances.

The last Ring Of Honor event was the Gateway to Honor event on February 29.
