Former ROH Champion On WWE Radar
Ring Of Honor star Dalton Castle is reportedly on WWE’s radar once again. Castle signed a new deal with ROH at the in June of 2017, and eventually ended up with a short run at ROH World Champion.
According to The Wrestling Observer, the WWE has interest in Dalton Castle, presumably for their NXT brand. The WWE was interested in Castle before he signed his deal with ROH last year, which is said to be two years, meaning his contract would end in June of 2019.
Dalton Castle returned to in-ring action this past October after spending several months out with a back injury. Castle worked for two years with two broken bones in back, as well as two fractures. Castle has been working with a physical therapist, as well as wearing a specialized back brace.
Dalton Castle will face Matt Taven at the ROH Final Battle 2018 pay-per-view on Friday, Dec. 14 in New York.
