Multiple Titles Change Hands At G1 Supercard In New York City

Ring of Honor and New Japan Pro Wrestling presented G1 Supercard tonight at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

Multiple titles changed hands tonight including the IWGP Heavyweight Championship and the ROH World Championship.

  • Kickoff Show: Kenny King won the Honor Rumble
  • NEVER Openweight Championship / ROH World Television Championship):
  • Jeff Cobb d. Will Ospreay. He now holds both titles.
  • Rush d. Dalton Castle.
  • ROH Women Of Honor Championship: Kelly Klein d.  Mayu Iwatani to win the title
  • Lifeblood & Flip Gordon d. Silas Young, Bully Ray, and Shane Taylor
  • IWGP Junior Heavyweight Championship: Dragon Lee d. Taiji Ishimori and Bandido to win the title
  • IWGP Tag Team Championship / ROH Tag Team Championship: Guerillas of Destiny d. The Briscoes, PCO and Brody King, EVIL and SANADA. They now hold both titles.
  • RevPro British Heavyweight Championship: Zack Sabre Jr. d. Hiroshi Tanahashi to retain the title.
  • IWGP Intercontinental Championship: Kota Ibushi d. Tetsya Naito to win the title.
  • ROH World Heavyweight Championship – Ladder Match: Matt Taven d. Marty Scurll and Jay Lethal to win the title.
