Silas Young Set To Sign 3 Year Deal with Ring Of Honor
Ring Of Honor star Silas Young has confirmed that he will be signing a new deal with the company. In an interview with PWInsider, Silas Young spoke on how Ring Of Honor has invested five years into him, and that he is going to be signing a new three-year contract with the company.
There has been interest from the WWE to bring the 39 year old star to the NXT brand, with a potential start date for the next Performance Center class in January. Silas is happy in the interest he had from the WWE, but is not making the move.
Silas Young noted that big part of making the decision to re-sign is the schedule that Ring Of Honor offers. He states that the amount of time he gets off to be with his family, as well as owning a home in Wisconsin was a major part of deciding to stay with the company. If Silas did sign with the WWE he would have to move his family to Florida to start with the NXT system.
Silas Young’s new contract will be up in January 2022.
