Friday Night SmackDown’s Christmas Day episode drew the highest viewership of the year, averaging 3.3 million viewers over the two hour broadcast on FOX.
The first hour of the episode drew 4,097,000 viewers, while hour two drew 2,574,000. In the coveted 18-49 demographic, the episode averaged a 0.95 rating. The first hour of the broadcast benefited with the lead in from the NFL game between the New Orleans Saints vs. Minnesota Vikings.
Despite being a pre-taped episode, the show drew the second highest viewership since joining FOX last fall.
