Philip A. Thomas, the man who is accused of stalking Daria Berenato, better known as WWE star Sonya Deville, is not competent to stand trial.

This decision comes after medical experts evaluated whether Thomas is mentally fit to move forward with court proceedings, Raj Giri of Wrestling Inc was the first to report on the news.

Prosecutors say Thomas has been harassing Berenato for years, sending her countless messages to her and friends on social media.

Following his arrest last year, Thomas informed investigators he intended to abduct Berenato, preventing her from working scheduled matches.
