Philip Thomas II is facing three felony charges following a hostage attempt that occurred inside the house of WWE star Sonya Deville this past August in Florida.
According to Wrestling Inc, correspondence on his upcoming court dates have been sent to Sonya Deville’s residence, rather than the Hillsborough County Jail, where he remains incarcerated.
HeelByNature.com has obtained returned mail, addressed to him, using Sonya Deville’s address (which has been redacted).
At the time of booking, Thomas provided her address, rather than his own, which has been since corrected by the Hillsborough County Jail. The address has yet to be corrected in the court system. Two notices have been sent for him, which arrived at Deville’s address, and have been returned to sender.
On 10/14, the 13th Judicial Circuit Court in Hillsborough County sent Thomas a disposition hearing notice, which was still addressed to Deville’s address. The letter detailed his next virtual appearance, which is scheduled for 12/15.
