Teddy Hart’s legal woes continue, following his third arrest in a matter of weeks.

Hart was arrested on 3/27, and charged with Strangulation Resulting In Wounding/Bodily Injury.

Based on a video released Thursday from independent wrestler Ace Montana, Hart allegedly attacked his girlfriend, ROH star Maria Manic.

if convicted Hart faces up to five years in jail.

Hart has two court dates pending, one on 4/22 for this latest charge, and another on 4/23 for a previous charge on 2/12

Hart’s next court date is 4/22 at 2:15 pm.

Hart was arrested on 3/4 for violating his house arrest order, and released from Richmond City Jail on 3/19.

Hart was arrested previously on 2/12, and was charged for a variety of offences.

Teddy Hart’s court date for February’s arrest is set for Thursday, April 23 at 9:00 a.m.
