The Bella Twins believe they have one more run in the WWE. The former WWE stars have been doing media appearances ahead of the new season of Total Bellas.

Brie and Nikki Bella spoke with Mario Lopez and Kit Hooper of Access Hollywood, revealing they would like to have a shot at the WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship.

“This is what’s hard for Nikki and I, when we left, all of a sudden the WWE Women’s tag titles came, and we’re like ‘what a sec, that’s for the Bella twins’. We’ve been dying to have tag titles, so her and I feel like we have one more run in this, so we really want to go for those titles.”

Earlier this year, WWE filed a trademark for “Bella Army”, to be used for performances by a professional wrestler. WWE did announce the pair will be inducted in the 2020 Hall of Fame, which was postponed due to the pandemic.

Brie and Nikki Bella both retired from in-ring competition in 2019.
