Merced Solis, better known to wrestling fans as Tito Santana has filed a trademark to secure his wrestling name.
On 7/7, the WWE legend filed a trademark for the name Tito Santana with The United States Patent and Trademark Office. The application was filed with the assistance of ‘Gimmick Attorney’ Michael E. Dockins.
Attached to the filing were various screenshots showing Santana’s use of the name, including a Pro Wrestling Tees store, and various interviews on Youtube.
