WWE is no stranger to criticism when it comes to to fans who have a love hate relationship with the company.
Declining ratings, backstage politics, storyline continuity issues, and unhappy talent have been in the forefront in the last several months.
A fan sent a tweet to Vince McMahon’s twitter account(which is actually managed by WWE’s Social Media director Nicholas Sampogna) stating how the problem with ratings isn’t due to injuries, but rather “confusing and pointless storylines”. He also made mention that WWE wrestler’s should have health insurance. The fan tagged Stephanie McMahon and Triple H’s twitter account in the tweet .
Triple H proceeded to like the tweet, possibly unsure that the public was able to see. He eventually un-liked the tweet, but not before fans began taking screenshots.
@VinceMcMahon maybe the problem with the Raw and SmackDown ratings isn't due to wrestlers injured, it's that you put confusing and pointless storylines. Although it wouldn't hurt if you gave your wrestlers insurance. Just a thought @StephMcMahon @TripleH @WWE
