Vince McMahon Spotted At Comedy Event
WWE Chairman and CEO Vince McMahon was spotted at a comedy event Saturday night at Foxwoods Resort Casino in Mashantucket, Connecticut.
Comedian Donell Rawlings posted a photo on Instagram with McMahon, which was taken at the Dave Chapelle & Friends comedy show.
Former WWE star JTG revealed McMahon has been a fan of Chapelle’s work, citing the inspiration for the creation of the Cryme Tyme gimmick.
During an interview with The Bump last year, JTG spoke on McMahon’s love of the show.
“When we first came out, the reasons that we were brought out was because Vince McMahon loved Dave Chappelle — Chappelle’s Show. We were doing a lot of those types of skits [like Chappelle did]. We did those skits, and we had great chemistry on screen because we were friends. We knew each other without speaking.”
