Tonight’s RAW ended with a cliffhanger as Becky Lynch was removed from the main event at Wrestlemania 35.
Vince McMahon suspended Becky Lynch for 60 days, which is 5 days after Wrestlemania 35, and replaced her with Charlotte Flair against Ronda Rousey for the RAW Women’s Championship.
Earlier on RAW, Triple H and Stephanie McMahon stated Becky Lynch’s initial suspension would be removed if she apologized to the them.
"APOLOGIZE? HELL NO!"

Becky Lynch was suspended following not receiving “medical clearance” for her knee “injury”.
Lynch’s suspension would be lifted if she apologized to both Triple H and Stephanie McMahon following her actions the week prior.

Triple H and Stephanie McMahon gave Lynch the duration of the show the chance to apologize, which she did in the final segment of RAW.
Afterwards Vince McMahon came out and stated that he didn’t like Lynch’s attitude, and suspended her for 60 days.
McMahon proceeded to announce that Charlotte Flair would be her replacement against Ronda Rousey at Wrestlemania 35.

The current backstage plan originally reported by Dave Meltzer at The Wrestling Observer is that the match would be a Triple Threat involving Charlotte Flair, Becky Lynch, and Ronda Rousey.
It’s unknown how they will bring Lynch back into the match.
