Vince McMahon Unloads $22 Million Dollars Of WWE Stock
WWE Chief Executive Officer Vince McMahon sold 306,000 shares of WWE stock on 11/30 with a valuation of over $22,000,000 at an average $74.36 a share.
According to a SEC filing released this afternoon, Vince McMahon still has over 31,000,000 worth over $2.4 billion dollars.
McMahon converted 306,000 shares of Class B Common Stock into 306,000 shares of Class A Common Stock. This excludes 100 shares of Class A Common Sock, and 566,670 shares of Class B Common Stock owned by Vince McMahon’s wife Linda.
This comes days before XFL is set to announce their 2020 league teams.
