Ric Flair is the latest WWE legend to fall victim to Randy Orton.
During tonight’s episode of Monday Night RAW, Randy Orton defeated Kevin Owens in the main event of the show. Afterwards, Orton asked Flair to stick around so they can have a chat.
Orton blamed Flair for having to face Owens, saying his ego caused him to put in that predicament. Orton proceeded to speak about time they spent together many years ago, but has decided Flair has become a liability.
Randy begins to berate Flair, asking if he’s going to sob like a little baby. He goes on to say that Ric Flair is no longer the man that everyone looked up to. The Ric Flair he remembers didn’t need a pacemaker, and wasn’t in a coma. He says Flair is a washed up whore for the spotlight.
A teary-eyed Flair seemingly wants to continue his relationship with Orton, despite the negative things he just said. He wants to see Orton beat his record, and become a 17 time World Champion one day. He ends by saying he’s a huge fan of Orton, and he wants him to break his record.
Orton seemingly has a change of heart, and the two begin to hug. Orton then low-blows Flair, and sets him up for a punt. The lights flicker on and off. When the lights go out for a brief moment we see Flair lying on the ground, the result of Orton punting him.
