WWE has confirmed next week’s edition of Friday Night SmackDown will not emanate from their current home at the Performance Center in Orlando, FL.

Reports emerged this week on WWE’s plans to host Summerslam and television productions at the Amway Center in Orlando, FL. Production trucks began arriving at the arena this morning. WWE plans on utilizing LED boards to project virtual fans during the action.

According to Spectrum News 13, WWE will be leasing the Amway Center for the “foreseeable future”. Representatives from The City Of Orlando state they have “a has a use agreement through October 30 for events without fans”
