We Are One Step Closer To WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles
The WWE has had plans to introduce Women’s Tag Team Titles for over a year now. Back in March we first spoke on the WWE bring tag team titles to the women’s division, and based on tonight’s promo on RAW, we may see them sooner than later.
Tonight on RAW, during a segment with Bailey, Sasha Banks, Alexa Bliss, they hosted another “Open Forum” with WWE fans in attendance. One fan asked what changes will they bring to the women’s division in 2019, and Bayley replied that she knows that her and Sasha will be the first ever WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions.
Over the summer, reports from Mike Johnson at PWInsider stated that talent had been trading photos of renders of the new WWE Womens’ Tag Team Titles. The WWE hosted their Evolution PPV in October, and handed out “We Want Women’s Tag Championships” signs to members of the crowd ahead of the event.
It’s safe to say that WWE Women’s Tag Team Titles are on the horizon.
