WWE Files Two New Trademarks
WWE has filed two trademarks for the term ‘In-Dex’ with The United States Patent and Trademark Office.
The trademarks were filed on 4/21 under merchandise and entertainment services. The filing was entered into the trademark monitoring database on 4/24.

Intent to Use: The applicant has a bona fide intention, and is entitled, to use the mark in commerce on or in connection with the identified goods/services.

It’s likely the trademark will be used to further the storyline between Indi Hartwell and Dexter Lumis, as parts of each of their names are used in the term.
Beth Phoenix and WWE NXT’s Twitter account recently used the name when speaking about the pair.
