We may see the return of WWE Hall of Famer Trish Stratus at SummerSlam.
According to Pro Wrestling Sheet, Stratus is currently in talks with WWE to appear at next month’s pay-per-view event in her hometown of Toronto/
Based on a promo tonight on SmackDown Live, Charlotte Flair would be possible opponent for Stratus at SummerSlam. Flair stated she will prove herself as the greatest female WWE Superstar of all-time, and the “Queen Of all Eras”.
As of right now Stratus’ opponent has not been confirmed, but if she does come to terms to work the event, it would only make sense for it to be Charlotte Flair.
Stratus last worked WWE Evolution and the RAW following the pay-per-view last October. She has not had a singles match in WWE since 2011.
