WWE has issued a brief statement following Jeff Hardy’s arrest earlier today in Myrtle Beach, SC.

Hardy was arrested at 11:30 am following a call from the Hilton Enclave Resort in Myrtle Beach, SC. Hardy was booked at 12:30 pm, and was later released after posting $153 bond.
Hardy faces misdemeanour charges for Public Intoxication and Impairment. If convinced he could face a maximum of 30 days in jail, or pay a small fine.
Hardy is due for court on July 22, 2019.
