We've been contacted by at least two dozen people in the industry speculating about Canyon Ceman in the last 24 hours, across all major companies. Ceman still scouts for WWE and is in charge of handling a lot of contract negotiations as well.

Canyon Cemen and Sonjay Dutt Exit WWE
Two members of WWE’s backstage personnel are no longer with the company.
According to Dave Meltzer of F4WOnline, SVP of Talent Development Canyon Ceman is no longer with the company. Specific details on his departure are not yet available.
Ceman has been with WWE since 2012, and has been an integral part of recruitment over the years. His LinkedIn outlined what his job duties were in WWE.
Global recruiting lead of sports entertainers/ athletes to populate the WWE Performance Center. Hired hundreds of athletes (30+ talent per year) from around the globe. Recruiting and tryouts in diverse geographies including Dubai/ UAE, Shanghai/ China, Jeddah/ Saudi Arabia, London/UK, Melbourne/ Australia, Munich/ Germany, Tokyo/Japan, Mexico City, Santiago/ Chile, etc.
-General Management of an 8 figure budget, 90 talent, and 30+ person corporate and Performance Center staff with projects that vary from real estate project management, website redevelopment oversite, talent and staff hiring/ firing.
-Casting director for new in ring content that populates the WWE Network and extensive social and digital media content. Mae Young Classic, Cruiserweight Classic, UK Championship.
-Corporate Athletic Director for WWE Talent Development system
-Extensive Bus Dev activities around the Global Localization efforts of WWE and the NXT brand, and the evolution of the Talent Development system.
Additionally, Fightful Select (subscription required) reports Sonjay Dutt is no longer with WWE. He served as a backstage/agent with the company, and one source indicates he chose to leave on his own terms.
