Rayne Signs With Impact Wrestling
Impact Wrestling announced today that Madison Rayne signed a multi-year deal with the company. The signing comes days after Madison was granted her release from Ring Of Honor.
According to PWInsider, Rayne’s release was requested following issues she had with Ring Of Honor’s creative ideas. Rayne pitched a number of ideas for herself, including a reuniting with Velvet Sky, and Angelina Love to bring back Beautiful People.
Rayne’s request was shot down, and Rayne then requested her release from the company. ROH provided an alternative creative idea, which had Beautiful People return, but have Rayne feud with the group, which included new member Mandy Leon.
Ultimately, Rayne turned down ROH’s alternative idea, and asked for a release from the company.
