TKO Group Holdings reported $1.36 billion in revenue for the third quarter of 2026, with WWE bringing in $399.3 million of that total.

According to TKO, revenue for the quarter ended September 30 was up 21 percent from the same period last year, an increase of $240.2 million. Net income was $277.9 million, up from $106.8 million in the third quarter of 2025.

WWE revenue was down slightly, falling $2.8 million from $402.1 million a year ago. TKO said the dip came from a lighter event schedule, with one premium live event in the quarter compared to four in the same quarter last year. WWE adjusted EBITDA still rose to $217.2 million, up $9.4 million from last year.

UFC did the heavy lifting for the quarter. Revenue there rose $194 million to $519.2 million, driven by the new media rights deal and a strong UFC 329. The IMG segment brought in $391.3 million, up $54.6 million, helped by FIFA World Cup 2026 hospitality sales.

TKO also raised its full year guidance for the second quarter in a row. The company now expects full year revenue of $5.79 billion to $5.83 billion, and adjusted EBITDA of $2.295 billion to $2.315 billion.

The results landed the same week WWE heads to Saudi Arabia for Crown Jewel on Saturday, November 7. TKO President Mark Shapiro said on the investor call that the show is all systems go, and the guidance assumes the event goes ahead as planned.

What is confirmed is the $1.36 billion revenue figure, the $399.3 million from WWE, and the raised full year guidance. What is not confirmed is how the rest of the year plays out, with Crown Jewel, Survivor Series WarGames and the Royal Rumble still to come.
