William Regal Says “It’s Time For A Change” As Takeover Closes
At the end of Sunday’s NXT In Your House pay-per-view, William Regal was leaving the building, and made an interesting comment as the show was going off-air.
He stated, “It’s been seven years since I became GM of NXT and I’ve never seen so much bedlam. It’s complete madness. I think it’s time for a change”

During the post-show media call, Triple H and Shawn Michaels were asked about the promo, and without giving too much away regarding the storyline the pair stated William Regal will continue to be a part of NXT, regardless if he’s a character on television.

Triple H says he doesn’t ever see an NXT without William Regal. Says he’s there until he doesn’t want to be.
Shawn adds that even then they’ll embalm him to keep him there.
