WWE has filed a trademarks for the names “Desmond Troy” and “Ashante Adonis” to be used as under entertainment services by a professional wrestler. The filings were submitted  with the United States Patent and Trademark Office on 9/8.

Ashante Adonis is the new name for Tehuti Miles, who most recently has been featured on 205 Live. He signed with WWE in 2018, debuting under the name Elijah King in 2019, then reverting back to his real name later that year.

Desmond Troy is likely the name of another talent who is set to undergo a name change, but we have yet to gain details on that.
