WWE Postpones Release Of Lex Luger Documentary

WWE has pulled their upcoming Lex Luger “Icons” documentary which was set to premiere on Sunday, July 4.

The trailer and advertising for the documentary have been pulled from WWE digital, and the company’s Youtube channel.

According to PWInsider, WWE sources claim the company will no longer premiere the documentary this weekend due to wanting to have a “stronger lead-in”, possibly around the time of a large event, such as a pay-per-view.

The release was originally centered on the anniversary of Lex Luger bodyslamming Yokozuna on Independence Day 1993.
