WWE has announced Tye Dillinger has been released from his contract.
In a brief statement posted on the company website, WWE stated “WWE has come to terms on the release of Ron Arneill (Tye Dillinger).”

Tye Dillinger asked for his release this past Tuesday during Smackdown Live. Dillinger posted a statement on social media advising fans of his decision.

Tye Dillinger would be able to legally work with another promotion on 5/21/19, which is when his 90 day no compete clause ends. This would allow him to work AEW’s ‘Double Or Nothing’, if he had plans on joining the promotion.
