The WWE’s negative stance on All Elite Wrestling merchandise seems to continue.
Footage has surfaced showing a WWE Live Event producer asking fan to remove his All Elite Wrestling shirt during tonight’s Royal Rumble event in Phoenix, AZ.
Here’s video of someone being forced to take off his AEW shirt by WWE.

I didn’t think WWE was actually forcing people to take off their @AEWrestling shirts until I saw it happen right in front of me. pic.twitter.com/iibbguXa7p

The fan sitting ringside is shown being asked to remove his shirt, as a WWE production staff speak to him.
Nick Jackson of The Young Bucks responded to the video stating if any fans want to wear a WWE shirt at any AEW event, they won’t ask you take it off.
Let it be known that if you wanna wear a WWE shirt at Double Or Nothing or any AEW related event we won’t do this to you.

Earlier this month fans who attended a Smackdown taping following the All Elite Wrestling rally were allegedly told to remove shirts.
The WWE released a statement at the time of the incidents earlier this month stating there was no directive to security to have fans barred from entering the building wearing All Elite Wrestling merchandise.
Judging by the video footage released tonight, it seems fans who have a chance to be shown on camera are asked to remove any signs of AEW logos.
