WWE has provided a business update Wednesday following a company wide teleconference with Vince McMahon
Due to the current COVID-19 health crisis, WWE has made a number of cuts within the company, including releasing and furloughing talent and employees.
The company also plans on reducing executive and board member compensation, decreasing operating expenses, and cutting talent expenses.
The company also plans to defer spending on the Company’s new headquarters.

WWE plans on providing further details during its Q1 earnings call next Thursday, April 23.
In-ring talent for RAW and SmackDown are bound by a 90-day non-compete clause, while NXT stars are only bound by 30-days.
Producers within the company have been furloughed, and may be brought back to the company.
