WWE Roster Asked To Report To PC For Workouts Ahead Of Touring

WWE is heading back on the road next month, embarking on a 25-day tour that includes television tapings, as well as the Money In The Bank pay-per-view, and dual-roster house shows.

According to PWInsider, WWE began informing the roster that they will be required to start training at the Performance Center to prepare for the company’s return to the road.

The training will include workout drills, and possibly matches to ensure their in-ring work is sharp. Vince McMahon is reportedly behind the request. This is set to begin in the upcoming weeks on days talent is not booked for television tapings.

As far as which talent have been requested to partake in the training, the report notes, “that everyone on the roster, from top names on down, will be asked to take part in the workouts”

One name joked they were not thrilled to have to do this on their “off day”, but they were “all for it” if this brought normalcy back to the company.
