WWE Shakes Up PPV Schedule

WWE has seemingly shifted its pay-per-view schedule, and will present Hell In A Cell next month.

During tonight’s Wrestlemania Backlash event, a promotional ad aired for Hell In Cell, which will be held on Sunday, June 20.  Historically the event takes place in October.

The reason for the change may be due to Vince McMahon wanting to “shake up” the pay-per-view schedule. Fightful Select (subscription required) recently reported Vince wanting to shift things around when it came to pay-per-view events.

According to Andrew Zarian of Mat Men Podcast, Money In the Bank is scheduled for July 18, and is expected to be in front of a live audience.

Zarian first teased WWE  running Money In The Bank in June Saturday morning, posting a photo with the dates July 17, 18, and 19 alongside a Money In The Bank arena full of fans.

WWE is expected to allow fans beginning with the July 16 episode of SmackDown. Based on this latest development, fans could be present for SmackDown, Money In The Bank, and Monday Night RAW.

As more details are known on WWE’s pay-per-view schedule, an update will be provided.
