Jimmy Uso Released After Spending Night In Jail
WWE SmackDown star Jimmy Uso (Jonathan Fatu) was arrested for a DUI Monday night in Pensacola, FL.
As first reported by TMZ, Uso was pulled over around 10:35 PM after police officers say he ran a red light going 50 MPH in a 35 MPH zone.
Police records state they smelled alcohol on him, and asked him to exit his Dodge Charger. Once he got out of his vehicle, he was “noticeably swaying”, and admitted he consumed “multiple” beers prior to driving.
He was unable to complete field sobriety tests, and was arrested. His blood-alcohol level was .202 and .202, well over Flordia’s legal limit of .08.
According to jail records obtained by HeelByNature.com, Jimmy was booked at 1:03 AM, and released at 9:00 am Tuesday morning after paying $500 bond.
Jimmy Uso was arrested two other times in recent years, once after having a drunken dispute with Detroit Police in February 2019, and another for a DUI in July 2019.
Dash cam footage from his previous arrest can be seen below. In that case, he was found not guilty by a jury.
