WWE plans to run a regular Friday Night SmackDown episode the day after the Crown Jewel pay-per-view in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
According to Dave Meltzer in the latest edition of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, the company will be chartering a flight from Riyadh to Buffalo with the Smackdown talent and production crew.
WWE Crown Jewel will air from 8pm – 11pm local time (1pm – 4pm ET). Travel time from Riyadh to Buffalo will be approximately 20 hours, which includes one layover.
Based on this travel schedule, SmackDown talent will arrive at the Keybank Arena in Buffalo Friday afternoon ahead of Friday Night SmackDown.
WWE uses Atlas Air for international chartered flights. WWE production equipment is transported by Saudia Cargo.
WWE Crown Jewel will be held at the King Fahd International Stadium in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on 10/31. The event will air live on the WWE Network and pay-per-view at 1pm ET.
