Ronda Rousey continues to blur the lines of reality and kayfabe ahead of her title defence at Wrestlemania 35.
In Rousey’s recent Youtube video titled “Ronda On The Road | WWE RAW Philadelphia” she criticized the WWE and their fan base.
“I’m not going out there and doing their f–king act anymore. I’m going out there and doing whatever the hell I want. And they can explain it however they want, but … f–k em. Everybody. WWE Universe included. I meant that. I’m going to disrespect the sport that they all love so much. ‘Ohhhh don’t break kayfabe Ronda!’ Wrestling is scripted. It’s made up. It’s not real. None of those bitches can f–king touch me. The end.”
Ronda Rousey’s feud with Becky Lynch has heated up on both inside and outside the ring. They have been running shoot-style angles to give the fans the idea that the two legitimately hate each other.
Dave Meltzer notes in the latest edition of The Wrestling Observer Newsletter than Ronda was instructed to do everything she would do in a real fight as far as intensity goes. The instructions were no punches or kicks to face, and obviously try not to legitimately hurt Becky.
This latest video from Ronda Rousey’s personal Youtube account continues to blur the lines between kayfabe and reality, and gives the perception that Rousey is a loose cannon.
