AEW Full Gear Set To Take Place In Minneapolis

AEW announced during their most recent pay-per-view, All Out, that Full Gear will be taking place on November 13th, however a location for the event has not been given.

Earlier this month, Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer stated the rumored location for the event was Minneapolis, and a new report confirms that seems to be plan.

According to Fightful Select (subscription required), Full Gear will take place in Minnesota, Minneapolis according to internal company plans. Employees at the Target Center claim the show will take place there.

The original planned date for their last pay-per-view of the 2021 calendar year was November 6th and would’ve taken place in St. Louis, Missouri.

However, AEW and Tony Khan did not want to compete with a UFC pay per view that same night. Fightful also mentioned that many of the talents backstage at AEW believe that this location is set in stone.

WWE hosted a recent episode of SmackDown at the Target Center.
