Dominios Pizza says they had no involvement in a commercial that aired in the middle of a match between Nick Gage and Chris Jericho during AEW Dynamite.

The no disqualification match featured ‘Death Match’ wrestler Nick Gage face Chris Jericho, featuring a number of weapons including a pizza cutter. During the match, a Picture-In-Picture commercial aired on TNT, coincidently showing an ad for Dominos Pizza.

Jenny Fouracre-Petko, a spokesperson for the pizza giant issued a statement to Front Row Sports.

“We share the concerns expressed about this incident and the content of this TV-14 rated program, and are assessing our advertising presence on it going forward,”

The publication noted Dominos has threatened “to pull ads from AEW telecasts on TNT.”
