Matt Hardy has been released from a Jacksonville area hospital, following an injury scare during Saturday’s AEW All Out pay-per-view.

AEW founder Tony Khan issued a statement Sunday afternoon on Twitter, indicating Matt Hardy was released from a hospital, and was given a CT scan and MRI as a precautionary measure. He also revealed that Matt Hardy did not suffer a concussion during the Broken Rules match against Sammy Guevera.

“An update on Matt Hardy: it’s great news! Matt’s ok, we sent him to the hospital as a precaution & he’s passed the MRI + CT scans, he doesn’t have a concussion, and he’s being driven home now. Matt will be at Dynamite on Wednesday night to thank you amazing fans for your support!”

Earlier today, Matt Hardy’s wife Reby believed he suffered a concussion, but according to Khan that does not seem to be the case.

Matt Hardy has yet to issue any statement following the incident.
