Dax Harwood (Scott Dawson) and Cash Wheeler (Dash Wilder), formerly known as The Revival were the focus of the latest episode of “Talk Is Jericho” with Chris Jericho.
The team, formerly known as The Revival, now known as The Revolt, gave their first interview following their WWE exit on April 10.
They provided details on their dealings with Vince McMahon, wanting out of their WWE contract, new gimmicks they were pitched, and what’s next for the duo.
Thoughts On WWE’s Recent Mass Release
Cash Wheeler states that he feels bad for a lot of the talent who recently signed new long term deals with WWE.
“I feel really bad for a lot the guys who had just signed new long-term deals and thought they were set for the 3-5 years. Now, in the midst of a pandemic, they’re kinda scrambling to figure things out.”
Wheeler feels that everyone will find their place and be fine, but acknowledges how scary things areĀ due to the uncertainty surrounding the current health crisis
Cash says, “I feel really bad for a lot of the guys who had just re-signed long term deals and thought they were set for the 3-5 years. And now, in the midst of a pandemic, they’re kinda scrambling to figure things out.” He says that it’s scary with the uncertainty revolving around the pandemic, but trusts that they’re all so talented that they’ll be fine.
