Chris Jericho wants All Elite Wrestling and New Japan Pro-Wrestling to put aside any differences and work together.
Following his victory over Hiroshi Tanahashi during night two of Wrestle Kingdom 14, Jericho candidly spoke about how AEW and NJPW should work together.
Put aside the hurt feelings, put aside all the egos, put aside all the issues, and politics, and concentrate on great wrestling matches, and big business. I can see the amount of money we can make together, with AEW and New Japan. Both here in Japan, and the United States, and Canada, and England, and Australia, and all around the world.

Prior to Wrestle Kingdom 14, Chris Jericho announced that if Hiroshi Tanahashi defeated him, he would put up his AEW World Championship during their next match.
Despite not winning, Jericho offered title shots to numerous New Japan Pro-Wrestling stars.
Even though I beat Tanahashi tonight, I will be more than willing to wrestle him again, anytime, and I will be more than willing to give him an AEW title shot, and Okada, and Naito, and Suzuki, and Ibushi, and Ospreay.
According to Dave Meltzer of The Wrestling Observer, Chris Jericho spoke to Tony Khan personally, asking if the AEW title could be shown on New Japan Pro-Wrestling programming. Khan obliged, but AEW has not made any mention of NJPW.
