Former WWE Star Files New Trademarks
Kevin Fertig, better known to WWE fans as Mordecai, and Kevin Thorn has filed two trademarks with the United States Patent and Trademark Office.
On 3/12, trademarks were filed for the names Mordecai and Kevin Thorn, names he originally used during his time in WWE from 2004-2007.
The trademark filing included screenshots and advertisements from matches Fertig performed using both names on the independent scene.

Following his departure from WWE, he continued to wrestle on the independent scene. His last match was in October 2020 against Danhausen at an AIW event in Indianapolis. Outside of wrestling, Fertig is a realtor for RE/MAX Legends Group.
