Teddy Hart has been arrested for the third time in recent months following an altercation with independent wrestler Ace Montana.
As shown in the video below, Hart was at Montana’s home in Richmond Virginia. Montana alleges Hart was physically abusive towards ROH star Maria Manic.
Montana explains the situation in a social media post.
I literally had to pull my gun on #Teddyhart  and throw him out of my friends house. This piece of shit literally choked out and physically assaulted Maria Manic and would not let her get help. she texted me I’m in danger never ever did I think I would meet a piece of shit like this guy who has now been arrested with a felony against him. I don’t think this guy knew how close to death he was. #fuckyouteddyheart This video is me kick him out before the cops came and arrested him

Hart was arrested on 3/4 for violating his house arrest, and later released from Richmond City Jail on 3/19.
According to the latest police report, Hart was booked today at 1:15 pm, and is scheduled to go before a judge Friday morning at
Hart was arrested previously on 2/12, and was charged for a variety of offences.

According to Virginia Code 18.2-248(E1), possession with the intent to distribute a Schedule III controlled substance is a Class 5 felony, and punishable by one to ten years in prison, or up to 12 months in jail or a fine not to exceed $2,500.
Schedule III controlled substances include, Anabolic steroids, codeine, some barbiturates, and depressants.
Hart claims his previous arrest was due to issues with his licence plate, and indicates he “has a prescription”, but did not provide further details.
Hart was released by Major League Wrestling in December of 2019 after various incidents.
Teddy Hart’s court date for February’s arrest is set for Thursday, April 23 at 9:00 a.m.
