Jim Ross revealed today that he has been diagnosed with a concussion and suffering a nasty fall last week. The WWE Hall Of Famer shared a photo of the weekend which showed graphic damage to the right side of his face, including a large black eye.
Under my current condition (concussion) Iām just traveling to Winston Salem on Friday to attend @WrestleCade Saturday from 10-3. @teamheadlock https://t.co/hAii0vJMCL

Despite the fall, Jim Ross still attended the Oklahoma State game, and even posed for photos. Today, Ross revealed his concussion, and posted a photo which shows two black eyes. It seems that the second black eye is supplementary damage from the original fall.
Nothing like a pair of black eyes!
Headaches have lessened.
Getting ready for @WrestleCade this Sat 10a/3p.
