Karrion Kross suffered injury during tonight’s main event at NXT Takeover: XXX.
Triple H noted during a post-NXT media call, Kross suffered a shoulder injury during his match against Keith Lee, where he captured the NXT Championship.
During the call, Triple H stated he believes Karrion Kross may have separated his shoulder during the match. No further details are known at the time, but Kross will undergo an MRI to get an diagnosis.
“I wish I could say as good as he is at his job, I really do wish I can say that. I am going to have to find out, we will get him a MRI, right now it does look like he separated his shoulder. Somewhere in that match, I knew he was hurt, he wanted to continue, medical team was watching him, and felt like he could continue, and felt like they knew it was a separated shoulder, by the degree that it was, and they were comfortable with him continuing, he’s tough, and there is not much more I can say about that.”
